Beach bungalow Sri Lanka: When it comes to beach bungalows, Elements Beach and Nature Resort offers something pretty special. Our bungalows are indeed on the beach, but that beach makes up the shoreline of not just one but two bodies of water. Our resort and beach bungalows sit beside both the Indian Ocean and the beautiful Kapplady lagoon.
Elements Beach and Nature Resort is located in the Northwest Province of Sri Lanka. We are unique in this part part of Sri Lanka in that just a short walk from their bungalows will find our guests on a beach that divides the lagoon from the ocean.
Elements Resort follows an ecological concept in that every element of the resort is designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding Sri Lankan natural environment. Everything within the resort is constructed from locally sourced materials. Skilled local craftsmen work with our design team in order that the buildings and design features meld with the palm trees and plant life which thrives within our grounds.
Our spacious beach bungalows are designed with luxury in mind and each room features a large veranda and lounge which overlooks the lagoon.
You will enjoy taking just a few short steps from your veranda down onto your own personal water-edge pier where you will sip a morning coffee
upon the shore of the lagoon. This will enable you to enjoy the mangrove waters without getting your feet wet.
Our bungalows comfortably accommodate three adults or two adults and two children.
Our beach bungalows feature:
One large bedroom whose double doors open to face the lagoon. You will enjoy throwing open the doors to allow in cooling breezes. This master bedroom has a king size or two single beds.
There is mezzanine (attic) floor upon which there two additional single beds
You will enjoy a spacious, open bathroom
You will not fail to love the large outdoor shower area. Here you will experience the pleasure of a shower beneath the open sky
Every one of bungalows faces the lagoon and can be accessed directly by car to load and offload baggage.
You will also find: A ceiling fan, a safe, hot water and 230V electricity.
A hairdryer is available upon request. Our bungalows do not have air conditioning but our powerful fans will keep you sufficiently cool.
There is much that will entertain and fascinate you at Elements therefore we decided not to put televisions in our bungalows.
